I love NerdNurse educational modules and highly recommend them for any Healthcare Business needs.
So far, the lessons have been very effective. After the employees read the lesson on their own, we have a meeting to discuss the main topics, as well as any questions. It’s much better than having me do all the talking, and the employees seem to have more confidence sharing their ideas, so there is more interaction. We go over all the questions and answers together, in English and Spanish, and employees grade their own papers, which reinforces the information learned. As a bonus, several of my unilingual employees are trying to learn the other language, so this helps!
I really love using NerdNurse lessons, for our educational needs. They are much better than the informal, computer lessons, we used to use. It's so nice to sit together with my staff and actually talk!
