I am writing to say how pleased my family and I were with the employees who provided service to us prior to and at the beginning/end of our rental. The initial contact was with Chris. I dealt with Chris personally, and he exemplifies customer service. The gentleman who met us at the airport was courteous, helpful and thorough in his instructions and directions.
