Overview
Occupational Therapy is primarily concerned with improving or restoring daily living skills. After completing an evaluation, Occupational Therapists use various treatment strategies to enable a person to function at their highest levels.

Our Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapist Assistants place the goals of the client first. They apply their skills, experience, and on-going education to develop meaningful programs that increase participation in and performance of daily activities leading to a fulfilling and productive life.

Some of the following may be included in an individualized occupational therapy clinical care program:
- Adapting the environment
- Retraining/supporting cognitive changes
- Modalities such as electrical stimulation, heat, cold and ultrasound
- Modifying the task
- Teaching skills of home management, energy conservation, etc.
- Training with Self Care and Therapeutic Activities
