Construction management services for The Vista, a new Continuing Care Retirement Community in Wyckoff, New Jersey.
The Vista is comprised of five building wings and 165 units of independent living senior housing apartments as well as the commons building sitting on 20 acres. The fully connected structure is over 300,000 SF of constructed living space. The new community also contains over 80,000 SF of concrete parking garages, under four wings of the buildings. The Commons building, totaling 28,700 SF, contains many amenities common to a modern CCRC including a pool and sauna, main kitchen, multiple dining areas, market, fitness center, and a salon/spa. The project also includes a new performing arts center with all acoustical elements and theater seating.
