Doug is a superb Architect and has a passion, interest, and knowledge. By now, he’s had so many years of experience with different designs, buildings, places, programs that he brings together a wealth of knowledge that is exceptional.
I don’t want to say it’s easy, but - it’s easy! The Building really sells itself. People walk in and they notice a difference. There’s a feeling when you walk into this building of ‘Home’. I felt it when I first walked in.
Douglas Pancake Architects did a fantastic job as the Architect of Record on our Ridgeview Health Center. Ridgeview includes three different levels of care – Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing, and is part of The Glen at Scripps Ranch CCRC Campus. The building turned out beautifully! Inside and out. DPA’s familiarity with all three levels of care led to a thoughtful and efficient design. In addition, DPA’s substantial OSHPD experience, and familiarity with the OSHPD process and key personnel really helped with the difficult permitting and construction administration processes.
