Prior to launching KR Hugill Associates, Kent served in executive roles with Universal Health Services, Inc., Emeritus Senior Living, Hanger Orthopedic Group, Liberty Healthcare, Genesis Health Ventures, HCR ManorCare and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. In his role as chief marketing officer, he was successful in directing sales teams and developing and implementing innovative clinical programs to grow market share. He also served with distinction as an operations executive with several health care patient services organizations.

Kent’s ability to identify and train high-performing teams and his established network of desirable candidates qualifies him to help his clients attract the professionals they need to execute on priority initiatives and to thrive in today’s highly competitive marketplace.
