I found the facilitators of the Cultural Competence course were good and did a really good job at letting the participants lead the show. They provided insights and concepts where needed, but also let things happen organically, when applicable, which I appreciate.

Our facilitator for the Creating Synergy workshop brought her A game every time to our discussions and diligently explained the elements outlined for the sessions. The session was well-paced and we had arguably one of the best facilitators of this subject matter I have encountered.

I was really impressed by Orange Grove Consulting's ability to make the Difficult Conversations workshop a holistic look at diversity and inclusion and not make it all about the most hot button issues in our country. It made it relatable to everyone, regardless of race, age or gender, and allowed for further understanding.

I knew from talking with the past learners at our company that the Orange Grove Consulting workshop experience would be invaluable, but didn’t realize how many new skills and actionable strategies I’d acquire. We received many small steps that can be integrated into daily routine and developed into a master plan for goal setting, visioning, networking, business development, etc.

Orange Grove Consulting was highly responsive throughout our entire engagement with a very impressive turnaround time on responding to one-off requests as well as when delivering their comprehensive work products. They kept us on our track with our schedule in a way that was not over-bearing but effective.
