About StrongerU Senior Fitness

StrongerU Senior Fitness is a fitness education company. We offer an online senior fitness instructor course and then provide 30 minutes of new seated and standing class content every month that teams learn and teach to their residents (live classes, in-person, not recordings). We help your staff become in the in-house fitness with access to teach four formats: Cardio, Strength, Stretch, and Balance. All enrollments are protected by Annual Turnover Protection. If the team member you enroll, leaves their position within a year, we enroll your new hire at no additional cost.
