Content Summary

This was an opportunity for PDS Architecture to create an individualized project for the client’s special needs. This upscale senior living facility allowed us to demonstrate our ability to seamlessly work with other firms and create a masterpiece the client was proud to put his name on. The 114-room project took great effort to utilize the property to its fullest and give the impression of a spacious community. The final design took full advantage of every aspect of the site and created a truly individualized project. The facility includes a spectacular ballroom, movie theater, beauty and barber shop, grand dining, plus much more.
