Project Description:
Located in the vibrant city of Indianapolis, The Recovery Village Indianapolis is an
accredited adult rehab facility. Aetta Architects transformed a vacant medical instruction
facility into a modern treatment facility with full interior renovations and upgrades to the
building systems and site features to foster a therapeutic and welcoming environment.
The building layout was reconfigured to include patient bedrooms, various group
spaces, and patient lounges, a fully equipped gym, and a modern kitchen, all designed
to support the patients’ therapy, socialization, and physical well-being.
Highlights:
• Convert existing classroom and administrative spaces into bedrooms and
program spaces for the Residential Treatment Facility.
• Key elements of the project include the redesign of the site to feature outdoor
lounges, covered pavilions, recreational amenities, and the installation of
fencing for patient privacy and security.
