Family CareSpace provides mobile nurse call solutions based on clinical grade, room certainty location sensors placed throughout the community that locate staff and patients/residents, guests, and key assets. Staff badges have buttons, that when pressed, create an alert that is quietly broadcasted to other staff members indicating the location, time, and staff member requesting assistance. Alerts can be easily customized and configured as well to support true patient/resident centered care. Example; Patient/resident wanders into areas that are not permitted, such as another resident/patient's room. Staff are immediately notified on their smart mobile device (ie. iPod) of the location, resident/patient triggering the alert, and time. The Mobile CareProvider app on the staff’s smart device keeps track of all alert statistics such as time to respond and details of the response. No pull cords required!
