Location, calendar, and other community and resident information are supplied real-time to Family CareSpace’s secure web-based platform. Authorized users of the portal (residents, family, friends, care providers, and community staff) receive email notifications when updates to their portal occur. Authorized users are able to view realtime resident location, calendar, activity, and families can send and receive messages and videos to their loved ones.
