Integrity in the Workplace

Ask yourself, are you practicing integrity in the workplace? If you’d say yes, then good! You can help reshape your organization’s culture by being an influencer through daily positive reinforcement. Billionaire investor Warren Buffet once said, “We look for three things when we hire people. We look for intelligence, we look for initiative or energy, and we look for integrity. And if they don’t have the latter, the first two will kill you, because if you’re going to get someone without integrity, you want them lazy and dumb.” There’s a lot of meaning here in what he’s saying, but at its core, those 3 things are really the most important qualities one can have in a workforce. Integrity in the workplace can translate to popularity and eventually increased likability.
